Terms of use

Terms and conditions

These terms explain the intended rules for using the Williams Talent website, making enquiries and participating in any arrangement. Booking-specific details must be confirmed before a booking is accepted.

1. Eligibility and use

The website and any related service are for adults aged 18 and over only. You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and treat all people respectfully. You must not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, attempt to access private systems, harass anyone, or use the website to threaten, exploit or coerce another person.

Any person who is under 18 must not apply, be listed, make a booking or participate in any service.

2. Listings and availability

Listings and descriptions should be accurate and published only with the adult profile holder's permission. A listing is not a guarantee of availability. Photos, descriptions, locations and availability may change. The current prototype may contain fictional examples and is not a live booking service; fictional examples must not be treated as real profiles.

A booking is only confirmed after the relevant details have been discussed and expressly agreed through the official contact route. Do not assume that an enquiry, listing, payment attempt or automated message alone confirms a booking.

3. Prices and travel

Advertised starting prices are £120 for 30 minutes. The final price and duration must be confirmed before the booking is accepted. Additional time or any other arrangement is not included unless expressly agreed.

For outcalls, travel charges may apply at £1 per mile for the escort's return journey to and from the agreed outcall location. The expected distance and total travel charge must be confirmed in advance and are additional to the booking price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any change to location or arrangement must be agreed before proceeding; no unagreed extra charge should be added.

4. Payment methods and cash handling

Accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer only. No other payment methods are accepted. Before the agreed booking, customers should either have the correct cash available or have sent the agreed payment by bank transfer in advance, following confirmation of the payment details and timing through the established contact route.

An escort may count cash on arrival as a routine procedure to check the amount. This should not be taken as a personal accusation. Broken, torn, taped, heavily damaged or otherwise unacceptable banknotes will not be accepted; customers are responsible for bringing suitable notes and the agreed amount.

Customers must verify bank details through the established contact route, especially if details are changed unexpectedly. Keep a transfer receipt. Do not send money to an account based only on an unverified third-party message. Any deposit, advance payment, cancellation or refund arrangement must be communicated clearly and handled consistently with applicable law and the terms confirmed for the specific booking.

5. Consent, boundaries and right to leave

Consent is essential and ongoing. Models/escorts will only agree to activities they are comfortable doing. A booking, payment, discussion or previous agreement does not imply consent to any specific activity. Consent may be refused or withdrawn at any time.

If an escort feels unsafe, pressured, uncomfortable or simply no longer wishes to continue, they are free to stop the meeting and leave before the agreed hours or duration have elapsed. They do not have to continue because a customer has paid, travelled or expected the booking to continue. Customers must not block someone from leaving, threaten them, use force, withhold personal belongings, pressure them to change a boundary, or retaliate for ending an arrangement.

Customers also have the right to raise a concern or end an interaction. All participants must communicate respectfully and must not request or engage in unlawful conduct.

6. Safety, privacy and recording

All participants must respect personal safety, boundaries, privacy and confidentiality. No one may photograph, film, record, livestream or share identifying information about another person without explicit permission and any other legally required consent. Do not publish private contact details, addresses, booking details or personal messages.

Age and identity verification may be required before a profile is published or a service proceeds. Verification documents must be handled through a secure process and must not be placed in public profiles or sent through an ordinary enquiry form. See the Safety and Reporting and Privacy pages.

7. Applications and representation

Applicants must be 18 or over and either based in Wales or able to travel to Wales. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, bookings, income or any particular result. Before representation begins, the scope of services, commission, payment handling, each party's responsibilities, termination arrangements and any other material terms must be confirmed in writing.

No model is required to accept a booking or activity they are uncomfortable with. A model may raise a concern or ask to end an arrangement in accordance with the written agreement and applicable law. No term should be interpreted as permitting coercion, exploitation or restriction of a person's freedom to leave an unsafe situation.

8. Cancellations, changes and complaints

Confirm the date, time, duration, location, total price, travel charge and payment method in advance. If you need to cancel or change a booking, notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation fees, deposits or refund rules must be communicated before the booking and must comply with applicable law. If a material detail changes, the parties should reconfirm before proceeding.

Complaints or safety concerns should be raised through the official contact route once published. Williams Talent may refuse, suspend, remove or end a listing, enquiry or arrangement where there is a reasonable concern about age, identity, consent, safety, fraud, accuracy or legal compliance.

9. Privacy and information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Information. We do not sell private information or provide it to third parties for their own marketing. Limited service providers may process information only as needed to operate the service, and disclosures may be made where legally required or otherwise permitted by law.

10. Website availability and limitations

We may update, suspend or remove website content or functionality for maintenance, safety, accuracy or compliance reasons. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that every page is uninterrupted, error-free or always current. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights where doing so would be unlawful, including any non-excludable statutory rights.

11. Changes and governing law

Terms may be updated as the website and service develop. The version applicable to a particular booking or representation arrangement should be made available and agreed before that arrangement begins. Applicable law and jurisdiction should be specified in the final published terms based on the operating entity and relevant legal advice; nothing here removes mandatory rights that apply to a user.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy, Safety and How It Works pages. If there is a conflict between general website information and a booking-specific written confirmation, seek clarification before proceeding rather than assuming an unstated term.
