Safety first

Safety and reporting

Williams Talent is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Consent, personal boundaries, privacy and freedom from coercion are essential.

Age, identity and genuine profiles

No person under 18 may apply, be represented, be listed or participate in a booking. Age and identity checks must be completed through a secure process before a profile is published or a service is enabled. Profiles must be genuine, accurate, current and published only with the adult's informed permission. No one else's images or details may be used to impersonate a person.

Consent and boundaries

Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and ongoing. An escort decides what they are comfortable doing and may decline any activity or request, including one discussed earlier. Payment or a booking does not create consent. An escort who feels unsafe, pressured or uncomfortable is free to stop and leave before the agreed duration ends. No person may threaten, pressure, restrain, intimidate or punish someone for refusing or withdrawing consent.

Customers must respect agreed limits and must not attempt to negotiate through threats, coercion or intoxication. If an arrangement no longer feels safe, end it and seek assistance as appropriate.

Privacy and recording

Do not photograph, film, record, livestream, track, dox or publish identifying details about an escort or customer without explicit permission and any other legally required consent. Do not share private contact details, booking details, location information or messages outside the intended context. We do not sell private information or provide it for third-party marketing; see the privacy information for limited service-provider and legal exceptions.

Booking and payment safety

Confirm the duration, price, travel charge, location and payment method before proceeding. Williams Talent accepts cash and bank transfer only. Verify bank details through an established contact route before sending money, particularly if details change unexpectedly. Cash may be counted on arrival as a routine procedure; damaged or broken notes are not accepted. Do not send extra payments based on unverified messages.

Report a concern

If you believe a listing is false, someone is underage, a person is being coerced or exploited, or there is a serious safety issue, do not proceed with the arrangement. Use the official contact route once published to report the concern. The live website must provide a monitored reporting contact and a documented response and escalation process before accepting live bookings or applications. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Reports should be handled discreetly, access to information should be restricted, and the person raising a concern should not be retaliated against for making a good-faith report.

Our responsibilities

We may refuse, pause or end an enquiry, listing or arrangement where age, identity, consent, coercion, safety or compliance concerns arise. We will not knowingly publish underage, non-consensual, misleading or impersonating profiles. Safety reports and requests to remove or correct a profile should be assessed promptly under the procedures in place.

This page sets out safety principles; operational contacts, verification procedures and response arrangements must be implemented before the service goes live.
