Privacy and confidentiality

Privacy information

We treat personal information as confidential. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is requested only for legitimate service, safety, age-verification and administration purposes.

Information we may collect

Depending on whether you are making an enquiry, applying to join or using a live service, information may include your name or preferred name, contact details, city or town, booking or application details, messages you choose to send, and records needed to administer an arrangement. Where lawful and necessary, we may need to verify age and identity before publishing a profile or enabling a service.

Please do not send identity documents, financial account details, intimate images or other highly sensitive records through ordinary email. Initial interest emails should contain only a brief request for information. If verification is required later, we will explain the purpose and provide an appropriate process before requesting documents or images.

Why we use information

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, review applications, communicate about an arrangement, verify that participants are adults, help prevent impersonation and fraud, manage safety concerns, maintain necessary records and comply with legal obligations. We aim to collect only what is relevant for the stated purpose and not keep it longer than necessary.

No sale or third-party marketing

We do not sell private information or provide it to third parties so they can market their own products or services to you. We do not publish private contact details or share them with other customers or models without a proper reason and appropriate permission.

To operate the website and communications, carefully selected technical providers (such as hosting, secure storage, email or security providers) may process limited information on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards and only for the service they provide. This is not permission for them to use the information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where a necessary and proportionate disclosure is permitted to address serious safety, fraud or legal concerns. We will not claim that data can never be disclosed in circumstances where the law requires otherwise.

Security and access

Access to application and booking information should be restricted to authorised people who need it for their role. We intend to use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls and secure transmission, to protect information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when sending information.

Age and identity information is used for verification and safety purposes, not for public display. Verification status should only be disclosed when necessary and appropriate; underlying identity documents should not be published in profiles.

Retention and your choices

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legitimate business records, dispute handling and legal requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised. Exact retention periods and the final data-controller/contact details must be configured before the live service collects real information.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Some rights have legal limits. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, although this does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Cookies, analytics and external services

The website may use essential technical storage and external services such as web fonts. Any analytics, advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking should be disclosed and, where required, activated only after valid consent. External websites have their own privacy practices; review them before submitting information.

Contact and important notice

Before launch, Williams Talent must publish the correct legal business identity and a monitored privacy contact so requests can be handled promptly. This notice describes the intended approach and must be aligned with the actual hosting, processors, retention periods and operational practices. Initial expressions of interest are currently handled by email. The website does not provide an online application form or upload system. This notice must be aligned with the actual mailbox access, retention and handling practices before detailed applications or verification materials are collected.

Nothing in this notice removes rights or protections that apply under data-protection law.
