Compare the written terms
Choose based on transparency, not pressure or grand promises. A reputable agency should explain what it does, what it does not do, how it is paid, and how you can end the relationship.
Questions to ask
Ask for the full agreement before signing. Clarify commission, additional charges, payment timing, cancellations, use of photographs, account ownership, data retention, complaint handling and exit arrangements. Keep a copy of every agreement.
Look for warning signs
Be cautious about guaranteed earnings, pressure to decide immediately, unexplained charges, requests to surrender identity documents, demands for account passwords, or restrictions that are not explained in writing. Get independent advice if you are unsure.
Make your own decision
You should be able to ask questions, take time to consider the agreement and decline without intimidation. Never assume a website description is a guarantee of service or income.
